Visionary Wellness and Healing Services

Happiness,” “wellness,” “well-being”, the terms get used interchangeably but distinctions are emerging: wellness connotes a state of overall health, while happiness is a more perceptual concept – how people feel about and experience their daily lives.

A fast-growing body of science provides the two key happiness lessons:

  • The alarming new research on how constant digital connection, and designed-for-addiction smartphones and social media, are creating a depression and anxiety epidemic.
  • The two most actionable lessons from the happiness science are becoming clear: the world – and the wellness world – needs to put a much more powerful focus on the wider concept of happiness generally, and on driving much more social connection and technology disconnection specifically.

Happiness is no longer some frivolous concept or luxury as evidence mounts that it has a powerful impact on everything from physical health to employee productivity and from personal life to collective humanity of the planet. It is necessity.

Why we must focus on Wellness, Well-being and Happiness:

  • The Global Wellness Institute (GWI) published on its research reports as the global wellness economy was a $4.5 trillion market in 2018 with a growth from $3.7 trillion to a $4.2 trillion market.
  • Wellness expenditures ($4.2 trillion) are more than half as large as total global health expenditures ($7.3 trillion, based on WHO data).
  • The wellness industry represents 5.3 percent of global economic output.

Wellness in Work place

  • Workplace wellness is a $48 billion market in 2017, projected to grow to $66 billion in 2022 and even more after recent Pandemics. It has been growing by 4.8 percent annually from 2015–2017.
  • GWI estimates that workforce un-wellness (chronic disease, work-related injuries and illnesses, work-related stress, and employee disengagement) may cost the global economy 10–15 percent of economic output every year.
  • There is high entropy in organizations due to un-wellness in work place concerns.

We can derive either people are unwell or/and highly aware about their wellness. Either ways, people are unconscious and must pay even higher attention to holistic Wellness of individual to collective Humanity.
